    FAQS :

Is there a base with this Graco competitor 65 convertible car seat? Are they compatible with another greco product's base (snugride)?

Answer: From what I can see, this seat is a stand-alone product. If you want to transport it to another vehicle, you must remove it and unlatch it. It will not fit into strollers. I also have a snug ride with a click-connect.

Is this car seat intended to remain stationary in the vehicle? Or is it simply to bring an infant in and out of the house?

Answer: The car seat was made so that it could be put in the car and left there while the child was being driven. It is simple to remove for cleaning or rethreading the harness, but it must be reinstalled each time it is removed from your car. Only the Graco SnugRide Baby Car Seats have carrying handles because their primary role is to transport a newborn and attach the infant carrier to the stroller.

Will my one-year-old be comfy in this seat during a 10-hour car ride? According to the reviews, it doesn't have a lot of padding, so I'm concerned she won't be comfortable.

Is any automobile seat comfortable to sit in for 10 hours? It includes additional cushioning for rear-facing that you remove for forward-facing, and our daughter is light, so that could possibly play a role, but I believe it should have ample padding. If you're concerned, try finding it in a store and seeing what you think.

Is there a posture in which a child could sleep comfortably on an airplane?

Answer: It does have a nice position, however, I believe it would be too large to fit in an aircraft seat when extended.

Is this going to fit in a Toyota Corolla?

Answer: While not every vehicle on the market has been tested, it has been tested in compact, mid-size, full-size, vans, and SUVs from several manufacturers. It should be small enough to fit in your car. If you have any concerns about the correct fit in your vehicle, we recommend taking the car seat to a local car seat technician who can ensure that the car seat is properly placed. You can also call Graco Consumer Care at 1-800-345-4109 and ask to speak with a Certified Car Seat Technician.

Does this item have harness strap coverings like the Target extend-a-fit seats? I don't see any strap covers in the image.

Answer: Harness strap covers are not included with this car seat.

Do the harness straps adapt when you modify the headrest height? Or do you have to rethread the straps when adjusting for the size of the baby?

The "Easy Safe Adjust" harness is used in this seat. It is not necessary to thread it in order to modify the height. Instead, a button can be used to modify the seat's headrest.

What is the maximum height when rear-facing? The Target website indicates 54 inches; however, Amazon displays 45 inches, and the Graco page has no height information.

The normal car seat height limit for Graco is 49". As a result, I believe Target's stated maximum height of 54" for this car seat is more accurate.
