    FAQS :

Does it grow mold where the brush head and handle are attached? It's my extremely old one.

I've had mine for 4 years and there isn't any mold on it, but every time I rinse the bristles, I also rinse the space between the brush head and body. The identical one that I bought in the same order as mine is used by my husband, but his starts to smell funny because he probably doesn't rinse it as thoroughly as I do.

Is the 220V voltage range suitable with this charger?

Answer:As long as the outlet's voltage doesn't exceed 220V, you shouldn't have any trouble charging this toothbrush when traveling. The Sonicare in question operates at 100 and 220 volts.

Why isn't there a normal plug on the new 4100 model? Why on earth did they cut corners and insert a USB plug there?

On response to the review in WireCutter from September 2022, you can get in touch with SonicCare to get a free plug adaptor. I recently purchased the 4100 from Amazon. Since the item won't arrive till tomorrow, I don't yet have the serial number, but SonicCare customer service just informed me that they will deliver the complimentary plug adaptor after I provide them the model and serial numbers. They affirmed that there is no scandal. Once I am able to provide them the serial number, it will take 7–10 days to obtain the plug adaptor. All of that will be done after the goods is delivered tomorrow.

Does the toothbrush have a plug-in base for charging?

Answer: A plug-in charging base is used to recharge the Sonicare ProtectiveClean 6100.

Is the Dual Voltage Sonicare Protective Clean 6100 available?

As long as the voltage of the outlet you're plugged into doesn't exceed 220V, charging this Sonicare ProtectiveClean 6100 shouldn't be a problem while you're traveling. The voltage for this specific Sonicare is 100-220V, but depending on the nation you are in, a plug converter might be necessary.

How long does a charge remain on a battery?

The Philips ProtectiveClean's battery life can last for up to three weeks.

How can I tell which pulse means it's time to switch to the next quadrant and which one means I'm brushing too vigorously?

The buzz used to change positions is shorter and higher pitched. The one with high pressure has the impression that the brush is making an effort to avoid overtaxing the motor. If you happen to be pushing firmly when it's time to switch, I believe the change position pulse will win out over the high pressure one.
