    FAQS :

Does food stick to the pan, or do I need to cure it first?

Answer: Because this is not a nonstick pan, food may stick, but pre-heating the pan and then adding your preferred oil may reduce sticking. Furthermore, protein (beef, poultry, etc.) will tend to stick at first, but will free itself after seared.

I'm curious if this fry pan is genuinely made in America; some All-Clad products are made in China. Please notify me.

This is what the bottom of my fry pan says. MC2 10 inch in the centre. Outer circle: All Clad Metal Crafters, USA, Master Chef. Just so you know, we aim to buy "Made in USA" whenever possible. So, this one is created in the United States. If you want to be certain about the latest ones, call All Clad. Enjoy your cooking!

    Where is this manufactured?

3-ply bonded structure is the answer. The easy-to-clean stainless interior will not react with food. The aluminium core evenly distributes heat. Exterior brushed aluminium alloy, Long stainless handles that stay cool and stainless rivets

Is there an 18/10 sign on the pan's bottom?

Answer: I purchased the 10-inch All-Clad MC2. There is no 18/10 sign on the pan's bottom.

Why is it so difficult to clean this pan?! I recently purchased. The first All-Clad. However, adhering and staining. Even with a friend like Barkeep. Please assist.

The answer is that you must season your stainless steel. It's similar to seasoning cast iron, except you don't want the dark patina that cast iron develops. Put 3-4 table spoons of canola oil in the pan and heat it to 425°. Pick up the pan and move the oil around the pan; the oil will seep into the pan and give it nonstick properties. Never use stainless steel when it is dry. Use oil, butter, or water, but keep it moist.

How does this pan stack up against the 4112? Although the descriptions sound comparable, the pricing is significantly lower (with a lid.) Simply because of the sale?

Answer: When I called Allclad, they claimed the only difference is that the 41126 includes a lid. The height measurement difference is due to the 4112 listing measuring to the top of the handle while the 41126 listing simply measures to the top of the pan. The Allclad representative told me that the pans are identical and that the promotional price would not remain forever.

Is it true that the lid is created in China and/or not in the United States, as stated?

Answer: According to All Clad's website, all of their bonded cookware is manufactured in the United States, with metals supplied by US manufacturers. Because the stainless steel range is bonded, I suppose the lid is also created in the United States. Certain accessories and electrical appliances are made in other countries, according to the business, but these are subjected to rigorous testing.

    Is there nostick?

Answer: Spend some time learning to cook with the tool – All-clad contains excellent instructions on how to use it and achieve fantastic outcomes. Sandpaper? Wow. If a protein is stuck to the pan, soak it in dish detergent mixed with a couple of ounces of household laundry bleach. The bleach will degrade the protein. Description: All Clad MC2 vs D3
