Because our kitchen is on a separate level than the rest of the house, when it's time to clean it, we move it there and then manually redock it after we're done.

Try it out once to see if you can get it back to the pier.

Anyone else have issues with the mopping function not working? There isn't much water coming out, and the pad isn't particularly moist. This vacuum is brand new.
Answer: I never mop with these vacuum cleaners.
They don't saturate the pad sufficiently to offer a consistent clean, as much as I'd want them to.
Is this compatible with 5G internet?
No, I don't believe that is the case.
Everything works perfectly for me with an ASUS 2.4 and 5G router.
There have been no changes to the router settings.
I NEVER CHECKED THE ECOVACS WEBSITE FOR SPECIFICATIONS OR TURNED OFF THE 2.4G TO SEE IF IT WOULD WORK.
What is the policy on returns?
Answer: I went ahead and bought the extended 3-year return... no problems.
A few days after getting a new model, I return it.
I wanted one with a long battery life so I could do the job in one charge.
The reimbursement was processed quickly (few days).
