FAQS :

What are the 3620's dimensions?

Answer: It's 18" wide. The depth varies depending on whether the paper output tray and the back input tray are included. It's little under 17 when everything is crushed "a depth It's 22 inches long with the front output tray completely extended ".. It's roughly 25 inches long with the front output tray extended and paper in the back input ".. With the lid closed, it is approximately 9.5" tall, and with the lid open, it stands just over 19" tall.

Is it possible to print in black and white if the colour cartridge is empty?

Answer: It will only allow you to print for a limited period of time on the draught black/gray scale. When one of the colour cartridges is totally empty, the printer stops printing. In order to print, all cartridges must contain ink.

What kind of ink cartridge is it?

It includes standard-capacity Black (T252120), as well as standard-capacity Cyan (T252220), Magenta (T252320), and Yellow (T252320) (T252420). The High-capacity inks, on the other hand, will give you more copies (when you reorder).

How long does it take to start up with WiFi? I'm not going to leave it plugged in since I don't want to have to wait 5 minutes for each print.

Even while using WiFi, the startup time is incredibly quick. It takes around 20 seconds from the moment I hit the power button before the printer is up and running and connected to WiFi. However, since it includes an automated power-saving option, I generally leave it on. This printer is fantastic!

Is it possible for the ADF to scan both sides automatically?

Answer: As previously said, the ADF copies both sides automatically (provided you have it set to do that.) It works great with most copier and bond paper for me. Coated (glossy) magazine paper has caused me trouble in the past. Paper that is too thin or thick will not pass through the scanner, thus it must be manually scanned on the flatbed. Even "perfect" coated paper can sometimes misfeed and need redoing. On the flatbed, thick material, such as certain journal covers, must also be manually scanned.

Will it continue to print if one of the cartridges runs out?

Answer: I get paid on a regular basis. Then I have to clean the warmth at the printer. Before the cartridge runs out, I may receive more than 100 pages. One thing to note: if you don't configure the printer to B&W exclusively, the colour cartridges seem to be used in apparently black and white printing. I believe the goal is to develop blacker blacks or something like. Perhaps it's simply a waste of colour ink. In any event, I've begun using Amazon to purchase third-party ink. For less than $14, I got two black XL cartridges and a colour set in XL size, and it's been good so far. When the cartridge runs empty, it's inexpensive enough that you don't feel obligated to use every last drop. My wife was a teacher, and since the school's printers were often down, she had to print a hundred pages every day for her students. We would reset the low for days before it really ran out since this printer is a powerhouse.
