    FAQS :

Have the right-click difficulties in past versions of this mouse been fixed in the newest releases?

Answer: I have many G502s, and none of them have ever had a right-click problem, despite the fact that I use my mouse exclusively. I've never taken anything apart. I use one at work and one at home, and neither has any issues. The scroll wheels don't spin freely for as long as they used to owing to a malfunction in the mechanism; they spin for a time but not as long as they used to. Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're talking about with the right-click issue.

What's the difference between G502 spectruct and G502 Hero?

The sensor, I suppose, is the only actual difference between the two. They both work in the same way, however the HERO16K sensor uses around 10 times less power. In the case of a wired mouse, this makes no difference. However, it will make a significant difference in battery life in a wireless mouse. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, the Logitech Pro Wireless is the only wireless mouse compatible with the HERO16K. The HERO12K sensor is found on the G603.

When the computer is turned off, my USB ports are powered. Will the light stay on after the computer has been turned off?

Answer: You may set a sleep timer to turn off the lights after a certain amount of time. This is accomplished through the Logitech programme.

What is the difference between the two goods described here: se hero special edition and the hero, except from the price?

Answer: The scroll wheel is somewhat different, but it's not noticeable unless you've already owned a G502. When contrasted to the black version, it's the sort of material they utilised that gives it a less gripping feel. It's insignificant, and I'm confident that 95% of people would overlook it. The Se variant is a fantastic bargain at half the price of the black version. I recently upgraded from a non-hero g502 to the se model and am quite pleased with my purchase.

Why does the fragrance of the weights linger on your fingers? Is it possible that my weight has become rusty?

When they are brand new, they are slightly greased from the factory. If it truly bothers you, I'd suggest cleaning them with rubbing alcohol or wiping them down with a moist paper towel before thoroughly drying them. Then put them back in the case and throw them away because you will never need to add weights to your mouse in any situation that I can think of. I'm not sure why they'd ever include them in the first place, but they have since the g502.

Isn't there supposed to be a laser light on? Mines isn't like that.

Answer: If the mouse moves freely, the laser is in good working order. Some lasers are infrared, which means they are invisible to the naked eye.
