    FAQS :

Is it possible to add a canopy or shade to it?

No, a canopy cannot be included.

How difficult was it to install? If it's any assistance, our car is a GMC Sierra.

For a simple installation, the TriRide 3-in-1 Car Seat has LATCH capabilities. If you have any questions regarding this product, don't hesitate to contact our Consumer Care Team at 800-345-4109, choices 2 to speak with a CPST, M-F, 9am-5pm EST.

    Isofix is a thing?

The TriRide is equipped with a top tether and a lower latch belt.

What is the weight of this car seat? In lbs?

The weight of this automobile seat is 17.2 pounds.

I have a Hyundai Elantra; will this car seat fit?

In a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport, I have two of these seats, and they fit perfectly. I would definitely buy them again. If you are above 5'10" and depending on how you like to situate your seat, I think it can be a little tight behind the seats while you are rear-facing. For instance, my husband like to recline a few notches higher than I do; this causes the car seat to be pushed up against. Our front seats are as low as I can get them, so that too might be a contributing factor. Just in case anyone was interested, I mentioned that.

If we want to switch it out between cars, does this come with a different base we can buy? or must the entire model simply be removed?

The base does not separate or come off, hence the answer is no. The complete car seat would need to be shifted if the car seat were to be moved. This knowledge is intended to be helpful.

What ages can use this car seat?

Answer: Depending on where you sit in the car, I think it's for 4 pounds up to 100 pounds. For a one-year-old who still need a rear-facing car seat but is too big for his first seat, I ordered it.

Where can I find a second base, please?

The base of this chair as it is now cannot be removed. The bases used with baby car seats cannot be used with convertible/all-in-one car seats.

Is it stable when in the rear-facing position, or does it swivel?

It is quite simple to install. Once the anchors are secured or the seatbelt is fastened securely, the vehicle is completely immobile. It won't budge despite my efforts to push it from side to side. Even when you worked so hard to get it tightened, there have been others I've had with my elder grandson that would lean or slide. I presently have it towards the rear, and I think it is very safe. The car seat is extremely little for my 13-month-old grandson's age, and I feel very secure leaving him in it. He had open heart surgery over a year ago. The investment was worthwhile.
