    Is there a toast setting available?

    Answer: Making toast is not a problem. There are no specific settings, but on other toaster ovens, you set the temperature to 450° and use the toast timer, which is nothing more than a bake and a timer. So....preheat oven to 450°F, bake, and set timer ( about 10 Min depending). Regardless of the kind of bread, I always keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't become too brown. Toasts equally on both sides; remove when done to your liking and turn off the oven/timer if not yet used. It couldn't be simpler and it works well. This oven is fantastic for everything!

    On decision-making, I'm receiving contradicting information. Do you just need to know your exact height? (I only have space for 15 1/2")

    Answer: 12 15/16th, or 13" if you include the melting top. The top heats up quickly. FYI, on mine, the tacky plastic knob that regulates the on/off timer (bottom of three on right) broke. They are refusing to sell me a new knob. They advised me to get another of their toaster ovens. It's difficult for me to be complimentary about this ensemble.

    What is the total number of heating units?

    Answer: I believe they are referring to heating components. Normally, a convection oven of this size has two heating elements, one on top and one on the bottom, with a fan to distribute the heat evenly. If the appliance requires it, replace the fan with a third heating element on the back wall. I couldn't tell you the exact setup for this make / model, but you can bet it's one of the two I mentioned before.

    Is it possible to use foil in the toaster oven?

    Answer: Yes, you can. I baked two Kornish Gain Hens in the oven and used foil on the bottom to make cleanup easier. (It comes with a black tray that slips in to prevent leaking onto the oven, but I cover it with foil to avoid a mess.)

    The "A" indicates that it is being offered on Amazon. Here's what Hamilton Beach had to say about the difference between 31103 and 31104 on Walmart's website: "Models 31100, 31103, and 31104 have the identical interior and external measurements. The only distinction between these units is their appearance. Models 31100 and 31104 are black with stainless steel accents, 31103 is stainless steel, and 31104 is black with stainless steel accents. The functions will be the same for everyone."

    How long does it take to cook a 12-inch pizza?

    Answer: The instruction booklet states to cook pizza on Convection mode, but either set it to a 25-degree lower heat and cook for the recommended duration (depends on the pizza: usually 10-15 minutes), or use the standard prescribed temperature but reduce the cooking time by 25%.

    If possible, I'd want to see genuine inside measurements. TY

    Answer: 14" broad, 12 1/2" deep, and 10" high are the internal dimensions. It's ideal for a trussed 3-4 pound chicken or a 4 pound ribeye roast. Very adaptable. It is a hit with my wife!!!!

    Is there enough room inside for a quarter baking sheet (13x9)?

    Answer: The only difference between 9x13 and 13x9 is the orientation. Yes, it will fit a 13x9 baking sheet if the description states it would fit a 9x13 casserole dish. As long as the outside to outside dimension is 13x9.

    Is it possible to toast using this oven in the same way as I would with a standard toaster?

    Answer: Yes, but you'll have to toast the first side for up to 10 minutes before flipping the bread and toasting the second side for up to 10 minutes. For this reason, toaster ovens are more quicker and more efficient.
