Is this Windows 7 compatible?
Answer: Both the programme and the troubleshooting software failed to install on my Windows 7 laptop.
I lost 5-6 hours of my life trying to get this to work with HP Support and eventually gave up.
I believe this is the worst thing I've ever purchased, but I may be wrong:-) The customer service representatives were difficult to work with.
I will never buy another HP product.
Is this printer Chromebook compatible?
Yes, it is correct.

Is this printer compatible with Mac OS X High Sierra?
Answer: It's compatible with my Apple device, and I'm running High Sierra.
Is it possible to print from a mobile phone?
The short answer is unmistakably yes.
First, I connect the printer to the phone's wifi network, which is a one-time setup for me.
I didn't write down step-by-step directions because I figured it out on my own.
Then, while the blue signal indicator on the printer is blinking, I switch on the phone's wifi (but not the phone's hotspot).
I then set anything I want to print on the smartphone screen, hit the upper right 3-dots, and if the drop downs contain the choice PRINT, I know I can print it; if not, I'll move it to another location, such as a snapshot folder, and try again.
When I hit PRINT, a notification with a printer symbol appears, and I choose OK???
Following that, it should print.
I'm going to print the entire user's handbook one of these days to see what I can accomplish with this printer.

#64 Tricolor and #64 Black are the correct answers.

Is it possible to print from an iPad or iPhone on an HP Envy 7855?
Answer:
When printing from my iPhoneX, I have two options: 8.5X11 blank paper or a 5X7 picture.
Because I need to print most of my images in 4X6, I must first transfer them to my laptop.
I'm a little annoyed because we were told I could print 4X6 using my phone.
A laptop/desktop is the only method to have complete control over how it prints.
I haven't tried it on my iPad, but given how ineffective the app is, I'm guessing it wouldn't function much better than on my phone.
Is the HP 564 ink cartridge compatible with this printer?
Answer: Only #64 is used by this printer.
I accidentally put #62 in and it fit, but the printer won't operate without the correct cartridge.
It is not prohibitively pricey.
Excellent printer!!
