    FAQS :

How long will it keep a C-Pap running?

Answer: I use a CPAP, but I don't use a heater or humidifier (both of which consume far more energy than the CPAP), and I sleep for around 7 hours every night. It barely consumed 11% of the entire battery in an overnight test. It should last at least a week without recharging under these conditions, according to another reviewer.

Has anyone compared the Jackery 500 to the Suoaki 500 side by side?

Answer: According to the Jackery's Amazon listing, their 100w solar panel takes 9.5 hours to charge... So the Suoaki only charges 25% quicker than the Jackery, not the double or 100% faster indicated by another reviewer.

Is the chemistry of the battery lifepo4? What is the maximum allowable recharge rate?

Answer: Lithium Ion NMC (Nickel, Manganese, Cobalt) cells are used in all of the Jackery units. The Explorer 500's maximum recharge rate is 100 watts. If you're looking for a LiFePO4 device, Amazon has the Bluetti EB70 for $599.

Is this a comprehensive package, and will I receive everything I require when I place my order? include solar panels for charging?

Answer: The solar panels are not included. However, it includes wires for charging the battery at home or in your car. Because the battery comes with a splitter and you may use two panels at once, I got two 100w solar panels. This is an excellent combination, but it is not inexpensive.

Is it possible to charge gadgets while they are charging? (charging through pass-through)

Will consume power from whatever source is available when solar is charging the battery. If the solar panel produces 100 watts and the user consumes 75 watts, the battery will be charged at a rate of 25 watts. If the load is 250 watts, the solar will offer 100 watts and the batteries will provide 150 watts.

Is it possible to use it while it's charging?

Yes, you can. We recently used it on a vacation to power a 12 volt cooler while charging it from the car's 12 volt.
