    FAQS :

Is it pre-loaded with Netflix, Prime, and YouTube?

The answer is that it has an App Store. HULU, Amazon Video, Disney Plus, and HBO Max are NOT compatible as of the most recent version. I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase because that is why I purchased it. Only Netflix could be streamed directly as of the most recent upgrade.

Is it possible to project in Daylight?

Answer: Yes, you can, however the view quality will be poor due to the sun. Maybe if you cast it on something with shade, it will work.

Is this projector HDCP capable? Some streaming providers will not allow iPhone mirroring without HDCP.

To be honest, I bought an Amazon Fire TV 4K stick and plugged it to the projector. Amazing picture quality, plus you can watch live TV and anything else you desire. Also, the internet connection is lightning fast. Some applications, such as ABC or FOX, will require a monthly fee unless you have a cable provider, in which case you can log in using your provider account and watch live TV or anything else. I strongly advise purchasing an Amazon Fire TV or Apple TV and connecting it to the projector through HDMI (there is a connection to HDMI in the back of the projector). I hope this was helpful. I highly recommend the 300 Lumens projector so you may watch in a semi-dark room.

Can this projector read or play video from a USB flash drive?

Yes, it is. The item has a USB flash drive slot.

What does "30000 hr lifespan" mean? Do you discard it after 3 years and 5 months?

Answer: If you watch it every hour of every day for three years and five months, it bursts like the mission impossible message. Set a reminder for three years, four months, and thirty days, and then gift it to someone you dislike.

The remote will not couple to the projector. Nothing happens when the light flashes. Is anyone else having this issue? Sugas troubleshoo possible solutions?

Answer: Mine wouldn't pair to start with either, but after I moved rooms and re-plugged everything in, it started working for some reason. Simply follow the directions in the manual.

I was given the 350 and I was so slow and they can play apps like you tv player. 450 can???

Answer: I have not been able to use any of the apps with this projector. I was only able to get it to function with a direct HDMI connection to my computer.

What is the difference in lumens between 350 and 450? Do they all have the same lumens but have a higher resolution?

The 450 is somewhat larger, features a 1080p resolution, and smart technology.
