Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 Review

Because performance and comfort should not be mutually incompatible. Meet the mouse and keyboard combination that brings the best of both worlds together. The keyboard’s LCD dashboard provides at-a-glance icon status of your battery, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and Num Lock, so you don’t miss a beat when typing. A full-size keyboard is equipped with an LCD display, number pad, and palm rest, allowing you to work efficiently and comfortably. The curved mouse is moulded to fit the form of your right hand and has customizable buttons, lightning-fast scrolling, and precise tracking that works on most surfaces. The full-sized keyboard has a numpad for increased efficiency and a cushioned palm rest for added comfort. FAQS

Question: If I already have a Logitech m705 mouse with my mk710 and want to replace the keyboard, can I use my m705 mouse with the new keyboard?
Answer: I can’t say definitively, but considering Logitech’s lengthy heritage, I’d be shocked if an established mouse isn’t interoperable or a newer keyboard isn’t backward compatible. And, in any case, I believe they can function independently.

Question: Is this the M705 mouse?

Answer: No, It’s M510.

Question: Why are some of the keys not what they appear to be on the keyboard?

Answer:The l is a g, the g is a k, and the k is an apostrophe.
Check the language settings.

Question: Is there a flow to this? Answer:As a result, you may operate more than one device.
Answer:The answer is a little vague. There are two software programmes that must be installed: one for the keyboard and one for the mouse.

Question: Is there a light on the caps lock?

Answer: No.

Question: What’s the purpose of the additional cord?
Answer: You shouldn’t need it. It is a “extension cable” that plugs into your computer’s USB port.

Question:  Is the caps lock indication light in the centre of the keyboard illuminated while caps are on?
Answer: The Cap lock indication is not illuminated.

Question: Can the wrist rest be removed?
The answer is no.

Question: How long do the keyboard and mouse batteries last?
Answer: I’ve had the batteries in my keyboard in since April 26th, 2019. (Approx. 6 months). They last depending on usage; I use my keyboard and mouse every day but occasionally switch them off even though the computer is turned on.

Question: Is there any lighting on the keyboard?
Answer: The answer is that there are no lights on this keyboard. There is an LCD display, but it does not light up.

Question: Will it hook into three computers or just one computer and other devices?
Answer:It comes with a single dongle that plugs into a USB port.

Question: Is this compatible with a Mac?
Answer: Technically, sure; you simply need to alter which buttons correspond to which Mac keys, i.e. Command is cntrl and fn is generally a different key as well. If you’re not a huge fan of Mac keyboard shortcuts, this shouldn’t be an issue.
