    FAQS :

Does a trekpak exist for this situation?

The Trekpak insert for the Pelican 1510 will work. I just put one in.

I'm curious how the cubed foam functions as a "first-timer," and whether I need to cut it to match my equipment.

Although the advertisement and several of the responses suggest that it is indeed cubed foam, pick & pluck foam is much easier to use. You'll discover when you try to separate the parts that you frequently either require scissors or a box cutter for the right configuration. For some of the finer cuts I need, I ultimately used an inexpensive electric foam cutter that uses a hot wire. Making a case for multiple delicate items took me much longer than it should have. I first ordered the genuine Pickin' pluck foam, then I ordered an empty case separately. Trying to customise the form that comes with this case caused a lot more confusion. Yes, this will work if you only need to protect a few sizable piecez. Before handling the heavy sheets that come with the unit, I set each item on the foam and trace it with a black felt-tip pen as a technique.

Has this ever been used for "carry-on" luggage? Do airlines ever voice grievances or inquiries? Does the TSA require you to open it?

In response, I utilised clothing overnight. It was emptied by TSA after being flagged. They again put it through the x-ray machine after that. They must have thought the built-in handle and wheel system was unusual. Until it was cleared, they sent it through three times empty. Never again used it after that. No problem returning home on that excursion. I ran into trouble at Boston Logan.

    What evidence is presented?

I'm able to attest that these Nanuk cases were created and manufactured in Canada.

Does it include a key for the TSA locks that are already built in?

The TSA locks' keys are included when you purchase the bag version (1535TRVL), to be precise.

The foam is bonded to the lid, right?

No, it is not adhered to the lid.

Does the yellow one hold the roller handle, or are there only four other colours in the TVRL series—blue, black, grey, and red?

The yellow DOES, in fact, have a roller handle.

Can I store and transport two Mavic drones (Air 2s and 3 Pro), two smart controllers, and three replacement batteries (one for each drone) in this case? if not, what response?

I don't think it would be possible to include two together with anything else. Unless the motors are cylinder-shaped and fold vertically to store more. Mine works just well as a carry-on for me. Although you could get the foam and use it, I believe you couldn't obtain it for the larger 1615 Pelican case. Although there can only be one airline that huge, it's a monster. You definitely get what you pay for in these circumstances.

Are the internal dimensions of the Pelican 1510 and Pelican 1535 the same?

Response: No, they don't. If you look for the two examples on Google, you can see a "VS" in the dimensions.
