I produce two or three pots every day, and I've been doing it for a year as well. I won't think twice about purchasing another one!

It weakens that seal over time, which is how the water reservoir leaking first starts. Simply fill an old, thoroughly cleaned glass carafe from a prior coffee maker or the current Ninja glass carafe (keep it constantly clean) with filtered water and pour it directly into the water reservoir. The potential leaking problem will then be completely resolved.
I have tried my best, but I have not been successful in reattaching the scoop to the machine's side. Do you have any ideas?
