    Answer: It will not fit if the 9x13 pan or dish has handles. However, if you can find one that does not have handles, it will fit well. I recently purchased one and experienced the same problem. I was able to obtain a 9/13 cake pan without handles after some hunting!

    No, not from what I've seen or experienced, and I've poured inside of it. It includes a detachable "crumb tray" at the bottom for cleaning. This tray has beveled sides to catch anything that drops within.
