What is the length of the probe cord?
The probe cords are approximately 1.0m in length.
How well does the signal penetrate walls? Can I drink beer on my couch while the smoker works outside in the snow?
Signal that everything is fine.
Not 500 feet, but enough to sit comfortably on the sofa.
However, be cautious when calibrating the probe.
My 20f went off after the second use.
Is it water resistant?
Answer: Not even remotely - I was using mine to monitor an ice bath - it fell in for 1 second and is now completely dysfunctional.
Is a case for the two probe unit available? All of the other cases I've seen are far too large, and I only have the two probe unit.
There is no such thing as a separate case.
Each probe includes a spool for winding the cord.
For the time being, I'm just keeping everything in the original box.
Is the Bluetooth disconnect problem resolved? Is there a wireless version?

I'm not sure what Rich W did to make his work, but my iPhone 11 Pro Max, which is running the latest iOS version, disconnects whenever it goes to sleep.
I just bought mine last week (10/9/2020).
I'm returning it because this 'inconvenience' renders it completely useless for what I wanted it for (I do 16-hour brisket cooks and frequently need a middle-of-the-night alert to wrap...if it's not going to wake me when it reaches temperature, what's the point?)
How long do the probe leads last?
The cable is 42" long, and the probe is about 9" long.
Is it watertight?
The answer is no, but it is rain resistant.
Can I keep an eye on my cook on two different phones at the same time?
Answer: It says only one device at a time because you have to pair it and it will only recognise one phone at a time, but if you have a Galaxy 9+ like me, you might want to consider the wifi version.
The app will not work on either my phone or my Asus tablet.
And with WiFi, you can use all of your phones at the same time.
