Toto's website shows a minimum width of 8" from the center of the toilet to the outer side edge. I have 7.25", is this required?

The 8-inch restriction is only for open space. Certain toilets have tanks that curve inward, making it difficult for the washlets to slip back onto the toilet. The distance between the seat mount holes and the front of the tank must be at least 2 inches, and this distance must extend all the way across the width of the tank to 8 inches. You should be fine if your toilet bowl is only 7.25 inches wide and the tank does not slope inward.

What is the maximum weight of this washlet? Would it support someone weighing 500 pounds or more?

Answer: I doubt it could withstand 500 pounds. It's not the most durable seat. I'm 180 pounds, and the thing creaks fairly loudly beneath me. However, the way it attaches to the bowl makes it impossible to achieve a very solid link, thus any movement of my weight causes the seat to shift, creak, and occasionally slip the feet off the bowl. I also have a Brondell bidet seat. Except for the seat, the Toto is superior in every way. The seat on the Brondell was particularly strong.

Behind my toilet, I have three water spigots. Can I flush the toilet normally without using the odd one if I use it?

Answer: With the provided adapter, connect the washlet to the tank fill valve intake. The washlet does not rely on the toilet flushing mechanism. Is this compatible with an American Standard Cadet 2100?

Answer: The washlet attaches to your toilet via a mounting bracket, which is placed similarly to a standard seat. Make sure there is enough room under the seat mount location and that nothing will interfere with the hardware (such as proprietary features). There is also an adapter tee that connects to your tank's fill valve. You can connect the tee as long as you have access to the fill valve. Will this work with the Kohler Santa Rosa comfort-height elongated bowl?

Answer: Many toilets are compatible with TOTO washlets, and you do not require a TOTO-specific toilet. However, there are a few outliers. You must ensure that the dimensions of your toilet are compatible with the washlet. Please refer to the fit chart in the pictures section for confirmation.
