Is it possible to utilise this on a computer? incidentally, by the time you respond, someone else may have already purchased something different, so please respond quickly!

Answer: I use this headset with a PC that has separate microphone and headphones connectors. You'll need a Mic/headphone splitter for your PC's respective jacks (something like "UGREEN Headphone Splitter for Computer 3.5mm Female to 2 Dual 3.5mm Male Headphone Mic Audio Y Splitter Cable Smartphone Headset to PC Adapter (Black)") or a 3.5mm to USB converter for separate ports (which is what I chose to do). "TROND External USB Audio Adapter Sound Card with One 3.5mm Aux TRRS Jack for Integrated Audio Out & Microphone In" was the USB converter I used. You can use the headset as is and plug it into the PC if your PC has a single port for headphone and mic.

Will the headset function if the battery runs out?

When you have no charge, you can listen without a boost. Without a charge, the microphone will not function.

What is the wireless's range?

Answer: The Recon 200 is a wired headphone with no wireless capabilities. Please see our Stealth 600 and Stealth 700 models for wireless headset choices.

Is there a separate power supply for it?

Answer: The Recon 200 headset features an internal battery that can be recharged using the USB cable that comes with it.

Is it possible to use this headset while wearing glasses?

Answer: The ear pieces' foam is quite soft. I don't have any problems with my glasses.

Is it also compatible with a Windows computer? I'd like to play it on both the Xbox and the PC.

Answer: I recently received my new xbox wireless adapter for Windows 10 in order to connect my turtle beach 600 wireless headset to my computer; however, it does not connect to the xbox wireless adapter and remains stuck in endless pairing mode. I've looked everywhere online, including Turtle Beach and Microsoft, for a solution. Turtle Beach provides outdated information for previous Xbox adapters (despite the placement of the button is likely the same), and it does not operate according to their instructions. Microsoft only provides information for connecting to one of their controllers; wireless headsets are not supported. So, if you're expecting it to connect to your Windows 10 PC via the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10, plan to return both items in dissatisfaction. A bonus FYI: if your computer supports Bluetooth, the Xbox One controller will connect to it over Bluetooth, so you won't need the xbox wireless adapter.

Is a wireless adaptor included in the packaging?

Answer: The Stealth 600 (and Stealth 700) for PlayStation 4 do come with a USB wireless adapter that fits into your PS4 and allows you to connect to the headset wirelessly. The Xbox One Stealth 600 (and Stealth 700) do not include a wireless adapter because this headset does not require or use one. In this situation, the headset uses "Xbox Wireless" to connect directly to the Xbox One system, much like your Xbox One controller.
