Vitamix 5300 Vs Explorian: What the Difference Between?

When it comes to blenders, there are a lot of options on the market. Two of the most popular ones are the Vitamix 5300 and the Explorian. So which one should you buy?

    • The Vitamix E20 Explorian blender is more popular on Amazon than the Vitamix 5300.
    • The reason for this is that the E20 Explorian is a newer model and has more features than the 5300.
    • The Vitamix 5300 is made of plastic, while the Explorian E320 is made of Tritan. Tritan is a BPA-free, shatter-resistant material that is dishwasher safe.
    • The Vitamix 5300 has a weight of 12 pounds while the Vitamix E320 Explorian has a weight of 13 pounds. The 5300 is the better choice for those who are looking for a lighter blender.
    • The Vitamix 5300 and the Vitamix E320 Explorian share some great features, such as 10 variable speeds, pulse features, a stainless steel blade, 120 volts of power, a low profile design that holds 64 ounces of liquid, and a black color. Plus, both models have 2.2 horsepower motors and come with a full 7-year warranty from the manufacturer. So, if you’re looking for a powerful and durable blender that can handle just about anything you throw at it, either of these models would be a great choice.

    FAQS :

What's the difference between models 5200 and 5300?

Answer: I suppose if you want something really little, a magic bullet is the way to go, but I love this giant jug and use it to make almond milk and other things I require the larger jug for other than my small smoothie. I know I could acquire a smaller container later if I had problems, but I don't need to right now because I have no complaints. Yes, I occasionally have to scrape things out with a spatula, like I did with the blendtec previously, and that is simple, but the blendtec left frozen pieces of fruit or ice in it, but the vitamix makes everything absolutely smooth and is quieter and more sturdy on the counter! I like the 2.2 HP motor and can't picture anyone being unhappy with this machine, especially at the costco price.

Is it possible to use frozen fruit?

Yes, according to my own experience. Due to a fruit fly infestation, I began chopping up and freezing my bananas and have had no problems with the frozen banana pieces. The mixer has a lot of power. I adore it!

Is the image accurate? The colors are indicated as red or black, however the photographs show silver/stainless steel.

Answer: The 7500 is largely stainless steel; the 5300, depending on the color, is mostly black or red. Check that you're looking at the right model.

We have shedding dogs with a lot of hair, which gets blown into corners and under sofas all the time. How does it deal with hair?

Answer: We have two cats, a Great Pyrenees, a LARGE yellow Labrador, and a Shih Tzu. Once or twice a day, we run Matilda (Rommba 690). It's fantastic. Every time it runs, we have to clean the brushes and empty the garbage, but it only takes around 4 or 5 minutes. One word of caution: if you have an indoor dog, be SURE to discover it before your Roomba does. It took approximately an hour to clean up the first time, cleaning the carpet and scouring, and finding everything in and on Matilda. Aside from the excrement problem, which is not the fault of the Roomba (they might create a model with automated faeces detection?! ), we are quite pleased with ours. It may not be as strong as a typical vacuum, but the fact that it runs every day (often twice) ensures that it keeps up with hair, fur, cat litter, and debris, making cleaning a breeze. The item has been thoughtfully built to make cleaning a breeze.

From my kitchen to my dining area, there is a slight lip. Is it capable of getting past that?

Answer: It can drag itself over it, however if you have a pet, be aware that pet hair tends to accumulate along that lip. My Roomba, "Ruby," isn't very good at gathering items along transition regions where carpet meets hardwood and vice versa.

I have hardwood flooring and braided carpets. Will it be able to make the switch?

Answer: My floors are Brazilian cherry, and I have a black area rug with white swirls. The 690 has made the transfer with no problems at all. I'm not sure whether the white swirls are helping or not. The carpeting is almost entirely black. It does sometimes go into spot cleaning mode, but it has never been stuck and has always cleaned the rug.

    • Variable Speed Control: Change the speed to get different textures. You have total control over the mix because the dial may be turned at any time during it.
    • I was looking to upgrade and settled on the Vitamix 5300. I make smoothies every day, and I figured the larger motor would be ideal. In my smoothie, I include kale, spinach, and/or carrots. This blender does not properly mix the smoothie.
