We purchased ours on March 15, 2020. The toothbrush just ceased operating on March 26, 2021. Can we purchase a replacement?

Answer: I need to revise my first comment because the toothbrush is no longer charged. I called Water Pik customer support, and they were quite courteous and helpful. They showed me how to reset it. Unplug the base and press and hold the toothbrush power button for 30 seconds. Recharge it for 24 hours. Worked! It stopped operating again around 2 months later. The reset button did not operate. I contacted Waterpik again, and they promptly gave me a free replacement.

The toothbrush head won't come off. How do I replace the brush?

The toothbrush head should simply come off. If it has not been washed off properly after each usage.

Can I change the charging wand to which the brush is attached on the full care? I shattered the small tip that goes into the brush.

Answer: The nub on the bottom? If the base is broken, you will most likely need to verify with the manufacturer's warranty or replace it with a new one. Apart from that, I am now completely committed to it.
