    Is it possible to play it while plugged in? The pulse 1 is unable to simultaneously charge and play music.

    Answer: While listening to music, ours will not charge. It frequently shuts off, and the connection is so short that it's difficult to keep it plugged in. It must be folly charged because it does not last even when connected in. A new battery or cable could help, but they're difficult to come by.

    Is it possible to connect any JBL speakers?

    Answer: Older JBL speakers, such as the Charge2/Charge3, featured a feature called "JBL Connect," which allowed them to "couple." Newer JBL speakers, such as the Charge4/Charge5, have a newer "JBL Connect +" feature that allows them to only "pair" with other "connect +" speakers. For example, you can connect two Charge 3 speakers together or two Charge 4 speakers together, but you cannot connect a Charge 3 to a Charge 4. I own one of each and can attest to this. You can also GOOGLE any questions you have about JBL portable/bluetooth speakers and find a wealth of information on the JBL website and music forums.

    You should be able to connect if your computer has a Bluetooth connection. World Wide Stereo has been in business for 38 years and is a proud JBL dealer.

    Answer: I don't have Spotify premium, and it isn't listed among the supported devices. However, if you use the JBL Connect app, it will stream flawlessly.

    Is there an aux cable included?

    Answer: No, mine merely came with a power wire and a charging socket.

    Is this gadget capable of performing the same functions as a Color Organ from the 1970s? With varied intensities, they depicted bass with blue, mid-range with green, and high with red.

    Answer: The JBL Pulse 4 comes with an app called "JBL Connect Plus" that lets you modify the colours and light shows.

    How many devices can you connect to it at the same time?

    Is it possible to make the lights stay on rather than switch off? For example, you might use it as a night light while listening to music without the lights moving along with the music.

    Answer: You may choose whether or not to have lights on while playing. To enable or disable the lightshow, just press and hold the lightshow button on the JBL Pulse 4.

    What is the brightness of the light? Is it possible to change the brightness?

    Answer: You may use the app to alter the brightness. The app can assist you in further customising the illumination. However, if you like simple things, there is a button on the speaker that allows you to manually shift between the various light shows.

    Can I connect my iPhone and iPad to the unit at the same time or can only one device be linked at a time?

    Answer: The Pulse 4 can only be linked to one device at a time.
