    FAQS : Logitech MK235 vs MK270

I'm just around eight feet away from the receiver, so the mouse is a little sluggish. Is there a method to correct this, or is it just a side effect of a cheap combination?

Answer: It's possible that USB 3 interference is interfering with your 2.4 GHz mouse/keyboard connection. Although the problem is well-known in the industry, few customers are aware of it. Read up on "usb 3.0 2.4 ghz interference" on Google. It's possible that it's the source of the lag. Bottom line: don't plug your nano-receiver into a USB 3 port or anywhere near one. Use a USB extension for the nano-receiver if you have no other option. It's the distance between your nano-receiver and any USB 3 port, not the distance between your keyboard and the receiver.

Is this compatible with a Macbook Pro?

yes Simply connect the bundled USB receiver to your computer and you're ready to go. macOS Mojave 10.14.5 MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

Is this compatible with the Samsung Dex?

Answer: Don't buy it; it broke within two days of purchase. A alternative setup is highly recommended.

Is this compatible with an iPad Pro (2019 10.2")?

No, I don't believe so. The keyboard and mouse combination must be compatible with a bluetooth USB port. However, the iPad lacks a USB connector to connect the Bluetooth device.

Is the M320 mouse compatible with this keyboard?

Answer: I'm familiar with comfortable, so it shouldn't be an issue.

How do you switch your keyboard on and off, and how long do the batteries last?

Answer: As far as I recall, once the batteries are installed in the keyboard, it immediately begins to function. It only lasts as long as the batteries. I've had one of these keyboards for about two years, and my kid uses it every day for school, and it's never needed a battery replacement.

My keyboard and mouse did not include a USB port!

OMG! is the response. The USB port is located in the mouse, which is also where your batteries are stored. I ordered two of the same brand since I assumed the first one had one inside the box, and I'd already had it mailed back. Others went out of their way to find it! I won't have to return the second one now that I've discovered it! 🙂 It would have been better if I had read the reviews beforehand!

To the vendor I can't seem to locate a method to contact the vendor. Why didn't the mk270 plug-in come with my package? Neither the mouse nor the keyboard can be used.

Answer: did you search in the mouse's battery compartment? We went through the same thing for 2 days and found it there. We even ordered a replacement, but it still wouldn't plug in. We also discovered it in the mouse's battery compartment.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the side number keys not working?

Answer: I've been forced to utilise the side numbers due to a persistent problem with the number 2 key not working. This keyboard appears to have a lot of faulty keys.

Where can I get a replacement for my USB dongle?

Answer: You can buy unifying receivers on Amazon, but I'm not sure if they'll work with the MK270 set. I know a Logitech application exists for re-syncing the set to a receiver; however, I'm not sure if it works with the unified receiver. To be sure, the receiver is approximately the same price as the MK270 set, and I recently noticed one in my local Wal-Mart for 10 bucks in one of their clearance bins near the electronics. If you're simply getting a new receiver, check with Logitech first to be sure it'll work, since I believe non-unifying receivers (like the one in the MK270 set) are matched before shipping.
