    I looked all over the box (and the product information above) for the carafe's capacity; in other words, is it an 8-cup, 10-cup, or 12-cup?

    Answer: According to the Q&A, it's a 50 oz carafe. This is a 10-cup carafe made of glass. They also stated that a 5 oz serving is customary around the world, rather than the 8 oz we usually associate with a cup.

    Is it possible to create espresso with this machine?

    We'd like to inform you that the Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed SystemTM does not offer a Espresso setting. As a result, the Specialty brew option creates exquisite coffeehouse-style drinks by combining super-rich coffee with hot or cold frothed milk.

    Is it possible to use Kcups in this machine?

    It is not possible to utilise Kcups directly. However, I'm repurposing my old cups by removing the tops and dumping the grounds into the filter basket as needed.

    Is there not a single purchase that has been verified? Has anyone purchased one yet, or are we simply dealing with folks who were given one for free?

    Answer: I am a regular person who bought this and loves it so much that I am going to buy another one to "store" in case this one breaks down. This one has been in my possession for two years and continues to provide excellent beverages. This machine is fantastic. I'm the only one who drinks coffee, so I make one cup per day. It costs a fraction of what the Keurig did, and the coffee tastes fantastic. When I have overnight guests, it also allows me to create a complete pot. Every other day, I make a pitcher of iced tea using the tea basket and brew it over ice. Exceptional tea!!

    Due to the basket being knocked out of the "locked" position during the brew cycle, the brew basket continues to overflow. The unit is only 10 months old. Are there any fixes?

    Answer: Could the bottom of the brew basket be clogged, causing an overflow leak? I'd clean it thoroughly, avoid overfilling it with grinds, and use larger grinds in the brewbasket. The basket is meant to stay closed throughout the brewing process, and mine does every time. I'm going to contact Ninja if this keeps happening.

    Is it possible to merely use this to deliver hot water? for cocoa and the like?

    Yes, it is possible to heat hot water. Simply simply, if you don't put any coffee in the filter, you'll get hot water. I called customer service because the instructions didn't mention anything about hot water. I hope this information is useful to you.

    Is there a "shower head" on this coffee maker that soaks the grinds first?

    Answer: Depending on the brew selection, the Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed SystemTM uses varying blooming times. During the brewing process, the coffee grinds or tea can soak. The technology knows how long to brew for and at what temperature to provide the best cup of coffee or tea.

    Why hasn't the cp307 model been approved by the SCA yet? It appears to be present in the lower-end models. Is it simply a procedure that hasn't finished?

    How long does this coffee maker's warranty last?

    According to the Ninja website, this coffee maker (CP307) has a two-year limited warranty as of today, 6/28/21.

    Is there a way to turn this off automatically?

    Answer: We'd be pleased to help you with your Ninja Hot & Cold Brewed SystemTM question. The device will beep five times when the brew is finished. A warming plate is not included in this version. With that said, you'll need to push the Power button to completely turn the machine off.
